Stylist / Sales

Job Description

  • responsible for driving and maximizing sales

  • offer personalized shopping experience

  • provide exceptional customer service

  • visual merchandising and displays in accordance with company standards and direction from management

  • daily store maintenance and upkeep

  • assist in receiving inventory and data input

  • knowledge of computer skills and POS systems beneficial

  • ensure inventory control / loss prevention as priority

  • collaborate and interact with staff and customers to maintain positive work environment

  • reports to Store Manager

 

Qualifications:

  • minimum 2 years of fashion retail industry with experience or background in styling or personal shopping

  • ability to develop extensive customer base identifying needs and requests

  • established clientele base an asset

  • proven record of achieving sales goals and targets with ability to exceed

  • effectively sell, co ordinate, promote product and lifestyle brands

  • strong customer service background

  • fashion savvy / forward thinker / keen knowledge of industry

  • ability to multi task with high level of time management

  • detail and goal oriented

  • excellent communication skills

  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, special events, etc according to needs of business
